P lenty of water (do tests, usually a 6: 1 ratio it’s fine, in this case 420ml water and 70g oats, but the more you abound, the more you will get volume, the more will fill you up 😉)

In a plastic bowl mix oat flakes, and salt only, add plenty of water, sweetener and any other flavouring such as cocoa. Put it into the microwave and cook it for around 2 minutes until it inflates, but be careful to don’t let it drop out of the bowl, mix through and cook another 40 sec. Mix it and enjoy it. Ps: the more swollen the more the oats will have absorbed water, and therefore the effect will be much more satiating Ps2: the result depends on the strength of your microwave, do tests.
